Document Verification
Verification of Birth Certificate, Leaving Certificate (for transfer students), Aadhar Card, and previous academic records.
Enrollment & Welcome
Payment of term fees at the fee counter or via bank transfer, followed by receipt issuance, booklist, and uniform guidelines.

Fee Payment Modes & Rules
- Fees can be paid in quarterly installments or monthly installments by the 10th of every calendar month.
- Payment modes accepted: Cash at Accounts Counter, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Direct NEFT/IMPS Bank Transfer.
- Official receipt is issued immediately upon receipt of fee payment. Please preserve receipts for annual tax/school records.
- Bus/transport charges are calculated separately based on the student’s pickup distance in Balitha, Vapi, and neighboring areas.
Required Documents for Admission
Please carry original documents for verification along with two self-attested photocopies.
Birth Certificate
Official birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat (Mandatory for Pre-Primary & Std 1).
Leaving Certificate (LC)
Original School Leaving Certificate countersigned by the competent educational authority for classes 2 to 10.
Aadhar Card Photocopy
Photocopy of student’s Aadhar card along with father’s and mother’s Aadhar cards for school database registration.
Passport Photographs
4 recent passport-size colored photographs of the student in formal dress, and 1 photograph each of parents.
